Will my personal and credit card information be secure online?

Can you deliver the same day?

We offer same day delivery if your order is placed by 11:00 EST or it will be delivered the following day. If your order is to be shipped UPS the same day it must be placed by 12:00 EST or it will be shipped the following business day.

Do you deliver locally on weekends?

Yes — we deliver on weekends. Your order must be placed by Friday. Weekday delivery charge is $8.00, Saturday's delivery charge is $11.00 and Sunday's delivery charge is $15.00. Please see our delivery schedule for locations that we serve.

When it's near a major holiday, can you make up my gift basket the same day?

We cannot guarantee same day service near major holidays. We suggest you give us a few days notice for local deliveries. If you order is being shipped, you must understand that UPS and FEDEX like other shipping companies will not guarantee on time delivery because of their volume as you get closer to the major holidays — even if it is shipped next day air. Please see our shipping section for times in transit.

Do I have to purchase a basket that is listed on your Web site or can I create my own?

All our baskets are only made once an order has been placed. So yes you can custom order your gift basket. If you would like half chocolate and half cookies or the Deliriously Delicious basket with tea instead of coffee just let us know. There might be something your recipient might not like...we can substitute for another item. You can place your changes under special instructions or call us to explain what you would like.

When will my credit card be charged?

All Gift Baskets and More, Inc. will charge your credit card the same day unless it's an order for future delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if your gift basket has not been made. You must contact us by phone to cancel your order.

What happens if I gave you a wrong address?

If your order has not left our store for local delivery or for shipping, we will be happy to change the address.

If your order is out on the van for local delivery and an attempt has been made to deliver it, the basket will be returned to our store and the basket will be delivered the next business day. There will be an additional $8.00 local delivery charge.

If your order has been shipped, we must wait until it arrives at the UPS destination station. We can then contact UPS with the change of address. UPS charges a $15.00 change of address fee. You will be charged with that fee.

What are your hours? Are you open 24 hours a day?

No, we have certain business hours. We like our employees to get their sleep!!

Our hours are Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Sunday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

You can email us any time at getinfo@allgiftbasketsandmore.com if it is after hours. We do check for messages in the evening and we can get back to you that night or first thing in the morning.

Yes — we are open 365 days a year!!! Even Christmas!!!

If I order a gift basket Christmas Day, can you deliver it that day?

No. We are open for pick-ups only. If you want to pre order a basket for pick up on Christmas Day it will be ready for you to pick up.
